Updated 2026-06-27 to reflect new platform features.

Pay with Koovira

Where enabled, "Pay with Koovira" lets you complete a checkout using your authenticated Koovira account. You will always see the merchant, amount and order details on a consent/confirmation screen before any payment is initiated.

Wallet credit score

Your Koovira wallet may carry a credit/trust score (on a 0–10 scale) derived from your platform activity. It is used to enable platform features and is not a financial credit rating issued to external bureaus.

Creator payouts

Eligible creators are paid through a monthly, fraud-checked batch process. Earnings are calculated from verified activity for the period; suspected fraudulent or manipulated activity may be withheld pending review. Full terms are in the Creator Monetization & Payout Policy.

GST invoicing & facilitator model

For applicable transactions, tax invoices are issued in accordance with Indian GST rules. Trishara Ventures LLP acts as the platform facilitator between buyers and independent sellers; the seller of record is shown on each invoice.

Updated 2026-07-29 to introduce the earned credit-point redemption cap.

Koovira Credits — earned vs. wallet money

Your Koovira wallet holds a single balance made up of real money you have added and earned credit points (cashback, referral, sign-up and similar rewards). When you pay a bill from your wallet, earned credit points can cover at most the lower of 15% of the bill or ₹25, and the rest is charged to your real wallet money. See the Rewards & Credits Policy for the full redemption and expiry terms.

Updated 2026-09-14: promotions are wallet-only, earned points count in full towards them, and promotion prices include GST.

Promoting your own post or story

A promotion is paid from your Koovira wallet only. There is no card, UPI or net-banking step when you promote — if your wallet does not cover the amount you top it up first, and nothing is debited until it does. The full amount is debited when the promotion is created, not daily as it runs.

The per-bill earned-credit cap does not apply to a promotion. Everywhere else on Koovira, earned credit points can cover at most the lower of 15% of a bill or ₹25. For a promotion, your credit points, referral points and cashback points may cover up to 100% of the cost — on their own, or together with money you have added. The reason is that a promotion has no outside payee: it buys placement in Koovira’s own feed rather than goods or services from anyone else, so spending earned value on it is not a way of cashing that value out.

Promotion prices include GST at the rate stated on the Promotions, Contests & Offers Policy. The amount shown on the promote screen is the amount debited — no tax is added at the end — and your invoice shows the value and the tax separately.

Promotions are never discounted. There is no coupon, promo code, sale price or bulk rate on a promotion, and a longer package does not carry a lower daily rate.

Full terms, including current prices and the packages offered, are in the Promotions, Contests & Offers Policy.
